Randstad is currently partnering with a global insurance company to support the hiring of a Business Systems Analyst. This role plays a critical part in bridging business needs and technical solutions, with a strong focus on system analysis, data design, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and clarify business and system requirements.
Analyze existing systems and source data
Work with development teams on implementation
Support documentation and testing activities
Translate business requirements into functional and non-functional system designs

Technical Skills
Strong system and data analysis skills (coding experience required)
Solid knowledge of databases such as Oracle, MS SQL Server, MongoDB
Experience with Linux environments and basic networking concepts
Strong understanding of data structures and data management
Exposure to modern data platforms and ecosystems (e.g. Hive, HBase, Spark, Zeppelin, Solr, Livy)
Excellent problem-solving abilities
