トラベルオペレーション部のオペレーターとして、訪日外国人からの問い合わせや、海外でトラブルに遭った日本人旅行者からの問い合わせに対応し、世界各国の拠点や現地医療機関と連携しながらサポートを行います。

職務内容
トラベルオペレーション部のオペレーターとして、訪日外国人および海外でトラブルに遭遇した日本人旅行者からの問い合わせに対応し、世界各国の拠点や現地医療機関と連携して各種サポートを行います。主な業務内容は以下のとおりです：
- 入院案件を識別し、迅速かつ正確にクライアントへ状況を報告する。
- 上席へ迅速にエスカレーションし、指示に従う。
- 手順に不明点がある場合、他のオペレーターへ積極的に相談する。
- 医療搬送（帰国手配）や緊急避難などの案件において、適切な支店／プロバイダーを選択し、明確な指示を行う。
- 訪日外国人への対応を行う。
