- PC、モバイル、ビデオ会議、ネットワーク等のITトラブルシューティング
- IT資産管理、システム図面、ソフトウェア／ハードウェア依存関係のドキュメント整備
- 東京オフィスおよび全国店舗へのITサポート、役員向けセットアップ支援
- 複雑な問題のエスカレーションと詳細ログの管理
- ITベンダーとの調整、サポート、機器調達業務

Required Skills
- グローバルIT環境での3〜5年のサポート経験（Microsoftプラットフォーム）
- PC/Mac、Microsoft 365、VPN、MDM（Intune）、Active Directoryの知識
- iOS/Androidデバイスのサポート経験
- 日本語での強いコミュニケーション能力、英語スキルがあれば尚可
- ネットワーク障害対応、セキュリティ・ウイルス対策、Microsoft Exchangeの知識
- ベンダー管理、調達、ドキュメント作成能力
- チームワークと問題解決志向の姿勢
