すでに複数の海外拠点の立ち上げや現地法人設立を進めており、今後は各国での採用強化および組織基盤の構築が重要なテーマとなっています。
本ポジションでは、海外拠点における採用戦略の立案から実行、採用オペレーションの構築までを担い、グローバル組織づくりをリードいただける方を募集します。
業務内容
▼ グローバル採用（メインミッション）
・各国における採用戦略の立案・実行
・現地法人および駐在員候補の採用推進
・採用要件定義およびポジション設計（現地・日本双方）
・各国の採用マーケット調査およびチャネル開拓
・現地エージェント／パートナーとの連携・マネジメント
・英語での候補者対応（面談・クロージング含む）
▼ 採用オペレーション／グローバル基盤構築
・各国に適した選考フロー／評価基準の設計・標準化
・採用プロセスの可視化および改善
・採用データの分析およびKPI設計
・グローバル共通の採用基盤（ATS・オペレーション）の整備
