弊社主催の展示会出展社(海外)のサポート業務全般
・申請書類の案内、リマインド、回収(電話やメールが中心)
それに伴うデータ加工(エクセルでの加工が中心)
・事務連絡、サービスの案内(電話やメールが中心)
・大使館へのビザ申請サポート用の公式書類の作成、発送
・各種案内資料やメール原稿など、オフィシャルな書類の翻訳
(和文⇒中文、あるいは英文⇒中文)やカスタマイズ
