【職務内容】
成長領域である海外事業拡大のため、海外事業の戦略立案、または海外リサーチ業務の経験があり、以下の業務概要のうち何れかもしくは複数の業務を担っていただける人財を募集します。
■業務概要：
主に海外事業の将来的な拡大をミッションとしております。
・海外業務の諸案件（各国のMRや規制に関するリサーチ、資料翻訳、海外案件推進窓口）
・英文契約書の確認業務、海外リサーチ、翻訳業務
・海外事業会社の管理業務（リスク管理、コンプライアンスチェック、グローバル人財育成）
・海外M＆A、投資 など
入社後はOJTで会社の基礎知識を学び、経験を活かして即戦力として活躍いただき、総合職としてキャリアアップにチャレンジいただける環境です。

・海外のリサーチ、英文契約書のチェック、翻訳、プレゼン資料作成のご経験が合計3年以上の方
・M＆A・投資、海外事業会社の管理業務の経験があれば尚可
・英語スキル（TOEIC800点以上、その他同等レベル）、英文プレゼン資料策定、Word、Excel、PowerPoint、翻訳ツール
