【業務内容】
・海外人事企画・実務担当
海外出向者の給与計算、出向・駐在の処遇検討、海外出張安全管理等の企画実務を担当いただきます。
さらには人事のグローバル化に関わるプロジェクト（グローバルグレーディング/グローバルでの評価基準の統一等）をご担当いただく予定です。

Global Grading/Global talent management/海外駐在出向規程改訂等のプロジェクト業務経験。
２．人事企画の業務経験
新人事制度の構築経験、賃金制度の企画経験。
英語力：高い語学力をお持ちの方
【歓迎】
・職務評価の経験
HAYメソッド等での複数年、複数ポストでの職務評価経験。
・HRBP経験
HRBPとしての事業支援の経験。
・人事企画の業務
評価制度企画の経験。
・人事DDの業務経験（海外の会社なら尚可）
