（1）品質保証：製品機器の品質問題に対する対応・解析・分析を担当。顧客とコミュニケーションを取りながら、原因の分析、解析を行い、海外本社へレポートを上げる、顧客への報告を担う。
（2）テクニカルサポート｜営業と同行し、技術面のサポートや製品の説明などを実施。

・製品の品質問題に関する対応・解析・修理
・品質問題の原因究明、お客様への報告書作成
・デンマーク本社の品質部門、開発部門とのやり取り
・営業と同行し、製品の説明、不具合発生時の品質関連対応
