・実務目線を有しつつ、個人情報保護法、独禁法、景表法、下請法、消費者契約法・特商法等の法務相談対応
・グローバルなビジネスの遂行にかかる現地法令調査、英文契約審査、締結交渉
・自らの経験、ノウハウを活用した若手法務部員の指導・育成

【必須】
・企業法務組織での勤務経験5年以上
・国際取引を含む法務実務経験5年以上、契約審査経験300件以上
・紛争解決・訴訟対応経験
・契約・紛争解決交渉における英語コミュニケーション力（TOEIC650点以上目安）
（英語を用いた業務のイメージ）
（１）英文契約における英語ベースでの契約書起案、修正
（２）相手方との交渉（対面・Web）における英語を用いたコミュニケーション
（３）社内外での英語を用いたメールのやり取り
