【Tasks accountabilities】
Within the Engineering Project team your responsibilities will be the management of engineering activities customer requirements analysis and helicopter configurations definition in connection with various customization offers for the Japanese domestic market and Asia Pacific region.
【職務内容】
当社のエンジニアリングプロジェクトチームの一員として、日本国内およびアジア太平洋地域（APAC）向けのヘリコプターのカスタマイゼーション案件に関する一連の技術管理業務を統括していただきます。具体的には、顧客要求の分析から、ヘリコプターの構成定義、顧客への納品までのエンジニアリング活動の管理を担っていただきます。

【DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES】
‐Management of customization engineering aspects （for offers and projects）
‐ Assessment of technical specifications and compliance matrix
‐Definition of design specification and feasibility studies
‐Definition of offer quotation for engineering aspects
‐ Management of Airbus Helicopters Customer Support Marketing Design Office and Supplier interfaces
‐Management of customization solution development design reviews testing and certification.
This role may involve some travel for business within the Asia Pacific Region （APAC） or worldwide and as such you must be able to travel accordingly
‐ カスタマイゼーション案件の技術管理：提案段階からプロジェクト実行段階に至る、技術的な側面全般の管理
‐仕様の評価と定義：技術仕様書の評価、コンプライアンス（適合性）の確認、設計仕様の定義、実現可能性調査（フィージビリティ・スタディ）の実施
‐技術的な見積もり：エンジニアリングに必要なコストの見積もり作成
‐ 関係部門との調整：社内（カスタマーサポート、マーケティング、設計部門）およびサプライヤーとの技術的な窓口・調整役
‐ 開発・認証プロセス管理：カスタマイゼーション・ソリューションの開発、設計レビュー、試験、および認証プロセス全体の管理
‐営業と同行し国内全国の顧客への出張（2.3日～1週間ほど）が発生します

【必須】
・工学系学部卒または近しい学部卒の経験
・技術プロジェクト管理において5年以上の実務経験をお持ちの方（航空宇宙分野での経験があれば尚可）

・ヘリコプターの一般的な基本構造（アーキテクチャ）およびサブシステム（機体、無線通信・航法、電気系統など）に関する理解
・一般的な耐空性、安全性、および設計要件に関する理解
