・地政学リスクや安全・セキュリティ脅威の調査・分析
事業や従業員に影響する可能性のあるリスクを継続的にモニタリングし、早期対策を検討。
・健康・安全・セキュリティ（HSS）方針の策定・運用
各種ポリシーやガイドラインを作成し、現地拠点を含めた社内への展開・実装をリード。
・セキュリティ施策・危機管理体制の構築
緊急時対応、危機管理、事業継続計画（BCP）などの戦略立案や改善を推進。
・社内外ステークホルダーとの連携・調整
法執行機関や政府関連機関とのコミュニケーション、社内部門（総務、人事、サイバーセキュリティ等）との協働。
・安全・セキュリティ文化の推進とトレーニング
社員向けの教育・啓発活動を企画・実施し、全社的なHSS意識の向上を支援。
