【Basic qualifications】
■Industry Exposure:
・Some exposure to the Discrete Manufacturing industry across functions such as supply chain manufacturing procurement or quality management （ideal but not required）.
・Basic understanding of automotive specific business processes and challenges.

■ERP Technical Skills:
・3 5 years of relevant experience with some exposure to ERP systems.
・Basic technical understanding of cloud concepts software platforms and technical architecture.
・Willingness to gain hands on experience configuring demo instances for enterprise level software applications.

■Presales Experience:
・Entry level experience in presales solution consulting or related roles supporting sales cycles for enterprise software.
・Positive energy drive and passion for the automotive industry and continuous learning.
・Ability to contribute to team efforts and grow into a trusted advisor role.

■Communication Interpersonal Skills:
・Fluent in Japanese; proficiency in English is preferred for global collaboration.
・Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to connect with stakeholders at various levels （end users to C level）.

【Preferred Qualifications】
・Ability to manage tasks across customer engagements and internal priorities with guidance.
・Eagerness to learn new software solutions and understand interoperability between applications.
・Tertiary qualification in a business technology or related field is preferred.
