業務内容
日本（東京）を本社とするグローバルグループにおいて、国内外の法務コンプライアンスに係る以下の業務を行う。（適性に応じて一部を担当することになるため、以下は例示です。）
・ グループ全体に影響が生じうる重要な訴訟への対応
・ 独禁法にかかるリスク評価、法律の解釈・運用
・ 契約書の点検、レビュー
・ その他法務コンプライアンス業務

Required Skills
資格・能力等
・日本または米欧のグローバル企業での法務・コンプラアインス業務での訴訟対応経験（グローバル展開している法律事務所での勤務経験でも可）
・語学力：日本語（母国語）、英語（ビジネスレベルで海外の弁護士等と法務関連のコミュニケーション（聞く・話す）ができるレベルにあること）
・日常的に英語を使用する職務の５年以上の経験（海外駐在員等、外国人と恒常的にコミュニケーションの機会をもつ職務であればなお可）
・金融機関の経験があればなお可。
・日本または米欧の弁護士資格を保有していればなお可。
