■業務内容
・各種和文・英文契約書（システム開発請負、データ処理、サブスクリプション、コンサルティング、ソフトウェア使用許諾、共同開発、販売サービス代理店他）の審査・作成業務
・組織法務・ガバナンス関連の法的支援（株主総会、取締役会、その他規定まわり等）
・国内・海外企業とのアライアンスや新規ビジネスへの法的支援
・国内・海外でのトラブル・訴訟・仲裁等の紛争対応業務
・社内法務教育

Required Skills
・企業または法律事務所における企業法務経験が10年以上あり、大学法学部卒もしくは法科大学院卒業または同等の知識・経験を有する方
・法務の役割にとどまることなく、時には法務の枠を超えて他部署と積極的に業務を遂行できる方。
・チームワークを重視し、価値観や文化的背景等の異なる多様な人々とも柔軟に気持ちよくコミュニケーションできる方。
・チームをリードし、経験の浅い者の育成・教育する経験
