【業務内容】
当社の東京オフィスにおいて、法務Directorとして以下の業務をお任せします。
主にエネルギーソリューション事業などの新規事業における戦略法務業務を担当いただきます。
【業務詳細】
・主に新規事業における法務戦略の立案
・国内外M A案件の法務対応（DD、契約交渉、スキーム設計）
・ライセンス契約、事業提携、JV設立・解消などに関する法務支援
・法務チームの育成・マネジメント

【必須要件】
・企業法務の実務経験10年以上
・英語力（契約交渉・会議対応が可能なレベル）
・M A案件や国際契約の実務経験
【歓迎要件】
・海外駐在またはクロスボーダー案件の経験
・弁護士資格（日本または米国）、CPA、ファイナンス関連資格
・経営企画やPMIなど経営に近い業務経験
