Ensures the respect of regulatory and organizational obligations regarding Compliance within his/her scope of responsibilities （functional area and country）.
Provides reasonable assurance to the Regional Compliance Lead and the Head of the local functional area.
Manages generalist and/or specialist Compliance Officers.

Main Missions

Provides reasonable assurance to governance bodies the central compliance organization and regulators regarding the compliance of the entity's operations with applicable laws and regulations and ensures that corrective action plans are implemented when needed.
Makes Compliance decisions on cases and issues reported by his/her teams and functional areas within his/her scope in accordance with established compliance decision・making procedures exercising delegated authority where appropriate.
Drives required change within the Compliance function in collaboration with business units country teams and functional domains.
Establishes appropriate governance frameworks to manage non・compliance risks.
Leads manages and supports Compliance teams including budget oversight.
Defines how Compliance rules will be adapted and implemented in coordination with functional areas and country teams and oversees the effective implementation of Compliance requirements.
Ensures coordination between functional areas regulatory authorities and regional or global compliance teams.
Provides compliance・related guidance and support to functional country and domain teams.
Represents the Compliance function within relevant management bodies for his/her scope of responsibility.

Required Qualifications of Head of Compliance
More than 12 years of professional compliance experience in Insurance and/or Banking Business
More than 6 years of professional experience in Financial Security or Protection of clients interests
Preferred for certificated staff in compliance
Master Degree preferable privileged in law or Finance/Banking or insurance major
