【仕事内容】
Import/export coordinatorという役割で治験薬等の治験資材の輸入通関に係る業務と国内での治験資材の調達となります。
前者については、海外の発送者とのメールでの通信に加えて国内の配送業者（宅配業者等）に必要書類を提供して通関の指示や配送先（医療機関）への配送指示・確認という業務となります。
一方、国内での調達業務は医療機関へ治験資材を提供するために、提供業者から見積りを取り、社内のでの決裁を経て提供依頼して搬入までの確認をするといった業務です。
