本ポジションは、営業オペレーションとテクニカルサポートを兼ね備えた重要な役割です。顧客満足度向上を目的に、返品・交換対応（RMA）、オンサイトでの技術支援、倉庫との在庫調整などを担当いただきます。少数精鋭のチームで、意思決定が早く、グローバルな連携を実感できる環境です。企業情報

- RMA（返品・交換）対応の窓口業務、進捗管理、顧客への報告
- 必要に応じた顧客先でのオンサイト技術サポート（製品不具合の診断・対応）
- 倉庫・在庫管理チームとの連携、交換品の手配・在庫更新
- 製品仕様や技術情報の把握、改善提案のためのフィードバック収集
- 営業・ロジスティクス・プロダクトチームとのクロスファンクショナルな協働

- 年収：600万〜700万円程度＋業績賞与（約8％）

- アフターサービス、テクニカルサポート、または類似業務で3年以上の経験
- RMA対応や顧客クレーム管理の経験
- 基本的なPCスキル（Microsoft Office）
- 問題解決力、コミュニケーション能力、マルチタスク対応力
- 中長期的に業務に取り組める方
- 倉庫・在庫管理の知識
- ハードウェアや電子機器のトラブルシューティング経験
