Join a leading global consulting firm as Japan Country Manager / Partner, responsible for driving business growth, operations, and strategic leadership across the Japan market. This executive role sits at the forefront of the firm's APAC expansion and focuses on strengthening market presence across financial advisory, corporate finance, restructuring, technology, and forensic consulting. You will shape the Japan strategy in alignment with global objectives while building a high-performing organization with long-term impact.

• Lead the overall business, operations, and growth strategy for the Japan region in line with global plans.
• Strengthen the firm's brand reputation and market positioning in Japan across financial advisory and related consulting services.
• Build and maintain senior executive and CxO-level client relationships with key accounts.
• Drive business development and market expansion across priority service lines.
• Attract, retain, and develop top-tier consulting talent in Japan.

必須条件 経験・資格：

• コンサルティング会社のパートナー（または同等ポジション）として中〜大規模組織を構築リードした経験
• クライアント企業のCxOや部門長クラスとの人脈、信頼関係
• 財務アドバイザリー、M&A、事業再生、または訴訟・フォレンジック関連コンサルティングの実務経験
• 日本のコンサルティング市場におけるトレンドを熟知していること

• 経営層に影響を与えるプレゼンス、中長期・大局的な視点
• リーダーシップ、組織マネジメント能力

• 日本語：流暢

• Extensive experience leading mid-sized to large consulting teams at Partner or equivalent level.
• Proven track record building and managing executive-level client relationships.
• Hands-on experience in financial advisory, corporate finance, restructuring, litigation, fraud, or forensic consulting.
• Deep understanding of market trends and structural changes within the Japanese consulting landscape.

• Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence at board and executive levels.
• Strategic mindset with commercial acumen and long-term vision.
• Ability to inspire, develop, and align diverse teams around common goals.
