• 事業部門のリーダーと連携し、各部署のタレントマネジメント課題を特定・分析・定義
• 既存のタレントマネジメント施策を見直し、改善施策の企画・導入・運用を推進
• 評価、サクセッション、キャリア開発などタレントマネジメントプログラムの日常運営
• ユーザーマニュアルの作成および研修プログラムの企画・実施
• システム改善提案および導入支援を通じた施策の効果向上と定着化

A global pharmaceutical company is seeking a Talent Management Manager to lead and execute strategies across performance management, succession planning, and career development. This role plays a key part in strengthening organisational capability and supporting long-term business growth in Japan. You will work closely with senior business leaders in a global and collaborative working environment, shaping talent initiatives that align with both local and global objectives.

• Partner with business leaders to identify, analyse, and define talent management challenges and needs
• Propose, implement, and manage improvement initiatives, including reviewing and enhancing existing talent management processes
• Oversee the day-to-day operation of talent management programs
• Develop user manuals and plan and deliver training sessions for employees and managers
• Propose, drive, and support system enhancements to improve program effectiveness and user adoption

必須条件 経験・資格：

• タレントマネジメント、人材開発、または関連HR領域での実務経験5〜7年程度
• マネージャーまたはリーダーとしての経験2〜4年
• 大卒以上

• リーダーシップ
• 課題解決能力
• コラボレーション、チームワーク

• 日本語：流暢
• 英語：ビジネスレベル以上

• 製薬・ライフサイエンス業界での人事経験
• グローバルまたはリージョナルなタレントマネジメント施策への関与経験

• 5-7 years of experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development, or related HR functions
• 2-4 years of experience in a managerial or people leadership role
• Bachelor's degree or higher

• Strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Ability to influence and partner with stakeholders across different levels of the organisation

• Japanese: Native level
• English: Intermediate to Business level

• Experience working in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or highly regulated industries
• Exposure to global or regional talent management initiatives
