職務内容
デジタルトランスフォーメーション部門の戦略策定と実行をリード
大規模プロジェクトの管理（進捗、リソース、課題解決）
事業開発を推進し、重要顧客との関係構築を担当
チームの育成・監督、採用やトレーニングを実施
KPIや予算を管理し、収益性と業務効率を確保
新技術の評価・導入、プロセス改善を推進
応募資格
12年以上のビジネスまたは技術コンサルティング経験
クロスファンクショナルチームや国際プロジェクトのリード経験
英語必須、日本語できれば尚可
学士号必須（IT、経営、工学、数学など）、修士歓迎
勤務地 ニューヨーク州ニューヨーク市
勤務形態 ハイブリッド勤務（週2日オフィス勤務 ）
