日本の大手化学メーカーのDusseldorfのヨーロッパ拠点で、カスタマーサービス担当 / サプライチェーンコーディネーターを募集します。本ポジションは、カスタマーサービス業務とサプライチェーン業務を兼務する、少人数チームでの柔軟性が求められる役割です。
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
・受注処理および顧客対応
・フォーキャスト管理、在庫確認などのサプライチェーン関連業務
・業務習熟度に応じて、部門間調整、データ整理、臨時対応などの管理・調整業務を段階的に担当
JOB REQUIREMENTS
・英語での業務遂行能力(ビジネスレベル)
・カスタマーサービス、営業事務、受注管理、サプライチェーン関連業務等の実務経験
・ドイツでの就労資格を有していること
