Job Description
Responsibilities:
Direct daily mining operations and ensure safety & regulatory compliance.
Develop strategies to improve productivity and profitability.
Oversee budgets, resources, and cost control.
Build partnerships with government, communities, and industry players.
Lead and mentor senior managers and operational teams.
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Mining Engineering, Geology, or Business.
20+ years experience in mining, with 10+ in senior leadership.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian mining laws & sustainability practices.
Proven track record in operational and financial management.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia & English; willing to travel extensively.
