Responsibilities:
1. Subcontracting & Procurement
2. Assessing and analyzing project requirements
3. Plan, conceptualize, and create mechanical and piping designs
4. Analyzing and interpreting data of mechanical and piping designs
5. Create and review technical drawings, plans, and specifications using computer software
6. Perform engineering calculations to support design work
7. Develop testing processes, and perform testing and validation of mechanical designs
8. Measuring the performance of mechanical components, devices, equipment, engines, pipes, etc.
9. Modifying and maintaining mechanical design and the supporting processes
10. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams, and work with vendors and contractors
11. Comply with regulatory requirements regarding engineering, safety and environment
12. Reviewing budgets, timescales and specifications with and managers and clients .
13. Communicating and presenting mechanical designs and specifications to managers and clients
14. Providing technical advises in relations with mechanical designs
15. Directing and guiding all Field mechanical Engineering to achieve the job target
16. Reports and documentation related mechanical design and processes
17. Ensure project timeline is met and project stays within budget

Requirements:
1. Preferably Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
2. Have minimum 10 years of experience as Mechanical Engineer
3. Basic knowledge on civil and building work, mechanical and electrical
4. Master working drawings and volume calculations
5. Good understanding of construction methods and types of materials
6. Mastering knowledge regarding project cost calculations
7. Ability to recognize contractual obligations of both the company and its subcontractors
8. Having experiences in Engineering or Construction site/Construction Business
9. Having experiences involved in WWTP projects is an advantage
10. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Email, Teams)
11. Proficient with CAD Software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD or similar
12. Excellent Communication Skill
13. Business level of English language (Writing, Communication) and fluent in Bahasa Indonesia
14. Ability to work with team and has good initiative.
15. Strong personality, positive attitude and ability to work efficiently under pressure and tight deadlines
16. High level of confidentiality and ethics required
17. Willing to be placed in project site office
