Job Description
医療通訳として患者と医療スタッフ間のコミュニケーションをサポートし、クリニックの円滑な運営に貢献します。日本語と英語で医療情報を正確に伝達し、患者のプライバシーや倫理規定を遵守します。また、受付・薬剤の管理など事務業務を担当し、正確で効率的なサービスを提供します。
主な業務内容医療通訳業務- 医師・看護師と患者の間で診断や治療方針を正確に通訳。
- 専門的な内容をわかりやすく説明し、誤解を防ぐ。
- 逐次通訳を実施し、必要に応じてメモを取りながら対応。
- 文化的・言語的な橋渡し役として機能し、患者のプライバシーを厳守。
- 受付業務、薬剤の管理、電子カルテやシステムの操作。
- クリニックの方針・手順に沿った運営、患者対応、苦情処理。
- チームの指導・育成、業務改善、パフォーマンス管理。
- 在庫管理、施設の清潔維持、法令遵守。
- カスタマーサービス業界または医療クリニックでの勤務経験が2年以上あること（医療分野での経験は尚可）。
- 日本語および英語の会話・文章における流暢さ。(日本人患者の対応をするため）
- 高いコミュニケーション能力と文化的多様性への理解。
- 優れたカスタマーサービススキル。
- 良好な対人関係スキルを持ち、患者・医師・同僚と前向きかつ効果的、専門的にコミュニケーションできること。
- コンピュータシステムやアプリケーションの操作に習熟していること。
- IT関連業務の経験。
- 医療用語やヘルスケアに関する基本的な知識。
- 良好な数学的スキル。
