Job Description

  • Performance Management System (PMS): Ensure thorough understanding and administration of PMS, including setting and fixing KRAs/KPIs aligned with organizational goals and Rubix evaluation criteria.

    SMART Goal Setting: Facilitate the design and monitoring of employee goals that are Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound.

    Competency Framework: Define and implement competency requirements across roles to support career progression and organizational capability building.

    Data Analytics: Utilize Power BI to extract, analyse, and interpret HR data for actionable insights.
