Job Description
チェンナイ発、日本人が立ち上げた海外進出支援/会計・法務/労務コンサルティングファーム。現在はデリーを含めインド国内5都市にオフィスを構え、包括的、かつ専門性の高いサービスを提供。インド北部、南部それぞれに日本人メンバーを計9名を有し、きめ細やかなサービスを強みとする。
社内のインド人法務/労務の専門チーム、他日本人メンバー、外部コンサルタントや専門家と連携をして下記業務を遂行いただきます。
■法務アドバイザリー：インド人弁護士と連携し、顧客のニーズを踏まえたインドへの進出から拠点設立までのコンサルティング、進出後の企業法務を中心としたインド国内関連法規に基づく各種法務アドバイザリー業務
■ 法務関連の論考執筆・ウェビナー登壇：インドの法務関連の最新トピックスや重要な法改正・日系企業に影響を与え得る重要な法律を実務的見地から記事を執筆したり、ウェビナーに登壇をして情報発信をすることで、当地インドに進出する日系企業を法律の観点からサポート
■法務サービスの提案：日系企業のグローバル化・デジタル化が加速する中で、法律実務家として企業の成長を支援するための法務サービスの企画・開発・立
