Job Description
We are look for a seasoned Head of Software Development to lead more than 100 engineers in delivering high-quality software solutions. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to manage complex projects while ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
Responsibilities
Act as the primary contact for development teams and represent them to business, product, and project stakeholders.
Guide and mentor team members, ensuring alignment with company standards and objectives.
Collaborate with Product Owners and Analysts to clarify requirements and provide accurate estimations.
Organize team roles, manage performance, and oversee large-scale project execution.
Introduce best practices and innovative solutions to improve processes and outcomes.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
15+ years of experience in software development (Java, JavaScript, TypeScript) and 5+ years in technical leadership.
Hands-on experience with frameworks (Spring Boot, Node.js), CI/CD pipelines, Git, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
Knowledge of microservices, enterprise integration patterns, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills with the ability to motivate teams.
