PR/118810 | Regional Sourcing & Planning Manager

Job Description:

• Lead inventory review sessions with Sales to track ageing stock, implement depletion strategies, and manage write-offs for unsellable items.
• Oversee procurement process to ensure optimal inventory levels and avoid overstock or stock-out situations.
• Manage the procurement team to execute strategic sourcing and purchasing across both CAPEX and OPEX categories.
• Provide proactive alerts to Sales and Management on stock concerns, including supply limitations or obsolescence risks, and recommend corrective measures.
• Audit demand planning and procurement systems, coordinating with internal team to resolve technical or data-related issues.
• Drive continuous improvements in procurement processes to boost efficiency, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.
• Lead cost-reduction initiatives through strategic sourcing, supplier optimization, and alignment of demand and supply.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 10 years in procurement, demand planning, or supply chain management, preferably in Food or FMCG business.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing regional or multi-country operations.
• Strong expertise in strategic sourcing, procurement execution (PRF/PO), inventory planning, and demand planning.
• ERP experience, particularly in Inventory and Demand Planning modules.
• Proficient in English (both written and spoken), able to communicate with international team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
