顧客現場へのフィールドサービスエンジニア派遣スケジュール策定
VIP顧客やSLAに基づく優先順位付け
3か月先までの作業指示を最適化し、稼働率を最大化
顧客・エンジニアとの積極的なコミュニケーション、進捗モニタリング
チームメンターとして改善施策を推進
KPI管理、プロセス改善のリード
