Senior Field Technical Director - Tokyo - 20M

• Act as the senior technical authority for enterprise customer environments

• Lead technical discovery to understand business and infrastructure requirements

• Design high-level, scalable IT architectures for complex environments

• Support solution delivery, adoption, and long-term technical success

• Provide technical guidance during demos, PoCs, and proposal stages

• Act as an escalation point for architectural and design decisions

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer technical challenges

• Support cross-functional initiatives and drive technical outcomes

• Leverage modern tools, including AI-based solutions, to improve efficiency

• Strong background in enterprise IT infrastructure and architecture

• Experience with storage, backup, virtualization, and Linux environments

• Knowledge of cybersecurity and cyber resilience concepts

• Ability to lead technical discussions with senior stakeholders

• Comfortable working independently and driving decisions

• Strong documentation and presentation skills

• Experience working cross-functionally on complex projects
