BtoBの技術問合せ対応です。技術班がサポートしてくれる為、専門知識が無くても大丈夫です！
- 1日約4～5件の対応
（1件あたりの対応時間は比較的長く、電話対応後に関連部署と連携し、問題解決策を検討） - 状況によって顧客先への訪問もあり

- CS業務経験ある方
- 中国国内のチームとWeChatでやり取りするため、ビジネスレベルの中国語ができる方は大歓迎
（社内に日本語対応可能な中国人スタッフ在籍）
