仕事内容人と組織に課題を抱える企業に対し、サービスを提案・導入いただきます。
- 新規開拓業務、商談設定
- 課題ヒアリングとソリューション提案
- 導入後のコンサルティング、フォローアップ
経験・スキル
- BtoBまたはBtoCのソリューション営業経験
- コンサルティング経験
- 人と組織の課題解決に強い関心をお持ちの方
語学力
- 英語：ビジネスレベル以上
- インドネシア語：歓迎
その他条件
- 性別・年齢不問
- 基本給：Rp 25,000,000～Rp 35,000,000（Net）※経験により
- THR：1か月分
- 賞与：業績に応じて支給
- 交通手当：なし（営業時は社用車を支給）
- 住宅手当：なし
- 保険：海外旅行保険、健康診断あり
- 雇用形態：現地採用（12か月契約）
- 勤務時間：月～金 8:00～17:00（休憩60分）
