Job Description
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Political Science, or related field; Master’s degree or HR certification preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in HR & General Affairs, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, GA and facility management.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and leadership skills with high integrity and confidentiality.
- Bilingual proficiency in English required; Thai language skills are a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated ability in strategic HR leadership and cross‑cultural workforce management.
