Job Description
A company in the marketing platform and e-commerce system development industry is hiring for an IT Communicator position.
Job Descriptions
- Provide Japanese interpretation during meetings between Japanese and Vietnam-based development teams
- Translate Japanese documents related to system development projects
- Participate in system development projects and support smooth communication among stakeholders
- Facilitate meetings to ensure clear understanding and productive discussions
Prepare and maintain project-related documentation Work closely with engineers to support daily communication and project coordination
Job Requirements
- At least two years of professional experience involving oral and written communication in Japanese and Vietnamese
- Japanese language proficiency equivalent to JLPT N1, with strong communication skills
- Strong interest in system development and willingness to study IT knowledge
- Logical thinking ability and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to learn independently and proactively
University degree with a major in Japanese language or related field - Experience as an IT Communicator is a plus
- Experience living in Japan for one year or more is an advantage
- Document creation skills and ability to handle multiple tasks effectively are preferred
