■Mission:
Own and drive the company’s financial planning performance management and management control processes to enable fast data driven decision making as the business scales.

■Key Responsibilities:
＜Financial Planning Performance Management＞
・Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes
・Own monthly budget vs. actual （BvA） analysis and variance explanations
・Prepare financial outlooks and landing forecasts

＜Management Reporting Decision Support＞
・Design and manage key financial and operational KPIs
・Prepare materials for management meetings and board discussions
・Translate financial data into actionable insights for leadership

＜Cross functional Collaboration＞
・Partner with department leaders to support planning cost control and prioritization
・Act as a finance business partner to R D Operations and corporate teams
・Support decision making related to hiring plans investments and resource allocation

＜Finance Organization Development＞
・Build and improve FP A processes templates and reporting frameworks
・Contribute to the development of a scalable and repeatable Finance structure

■Report to CEO

■Must have:
・Bachelor’s degree （Finance Accounting Economics Business Administration or a related field
・5+ years of experience in FP A management accounting or corporate finance
・Strong experience in budgeting forecasting and variance analysis
・Ability to work with ambiguity in a growing organization
・Excellent communication skills to work with non finance stakeholders
・Fluent in English and Japanese
