当社IT担当役員またはGeneral Managerを補佐、以下業務を推進する
（１）グローバルIT戦略の企画・立案
・グループの中期IT戦略、年度計画の企画・立案
・最新のITトレンドを踏まえたロードマップの策定
当社基幹システム（ERP）のマイグレーション
クラウドを活用したITアーキテクチャ刷新
情報セキュリティ技術の実装
当社ビジネス推進に必要となるIT技術・サービスの評価および導入計画の立案
（２）グローバルITマネジメント
・グローバルおよびローカルに推進するプロジェクトの管理
・年間予算の立案と実行フォローアップ
・定例IT運用会議の主催
課題抽出とその改善施策立案、実行およびフォローアップ
各拠点でのIT施策・運用の整合を図る

◎海外含めたコミュニケーションやネゴシエーション能力
◎ビジネスレベルの英語力（TOEICスコア850相当以上）
【歓迎】
・海外での駐在経験
・MBA、PMP、CISSPあるいは情報処理安全確保支援士（IPA）
