→業務内容
・ゲームに関するメール問い合わせ対応およびお客さま対応に付随する業務
【具体的には】
・お客さまからの問い合わせに対し、ツールを用いた一次回答、二次回答
（例：Mail Dealer を使用して対応 ※実際はゲームタイトルによってツールが異なります。）
・管理ツールを使用した行動ログの調査やデータの修正
・ゲームの実機による動作確認
・テンプレートや FAQ、ゲーム告知、レポートの作成
・社内他部署との調整・連携対応（トラブル対応や調査依頼、報告、方針の検討など）
・協力会社対応（質問への回答や調査、調査方法のレクチャーなど）

・メールを主にした問い合わせ対応(お客様対応)の実務経験(3 カ月以上)
・ゲームが嫌いではないこと
・マルチタスク対応を複数メンバーと協業して業務を進められる
・オフィスソフト（Excel、Word、PowerPoint）の使用経験
・土日祝日の出勤ができる
（曜日のシフト勤務となるため、土日祝の出勤分は平日にお休みを取っていただく形となります）
→活かせる経験・スキル
・ゲーム業界で複数タイトル兼務での CS 経験
・ToC 業務の経験(接客や販売等)
