- アジア地域（日本、台湾、韓国、中国、インド）の商業学習戦略を策定・実行
- 新製品・新手技導入に伴うトレーニングプログラムの企画・実施
- 営業組織のスキル開発、セールス効果向上のための学習プログラム設計
- チーム（直下5名、全体12名＋中国JVチーム）を率いて人材育成
- KPI設定、効果測定、改善策の立案
- 規制・法令遵守を徹底したトレーニング運営
