PCのセットアップ・キッティング作業
周辺機器（電話、プリンター、スキャナー、ハンディ端末等）の設定・トラブル対応
デスクトップサポート（メール、ブラウザ、ソフトウェア、ネットワーク等の問題解決）
社内IT資産（ハードウェア・ソフトウェア）の管理
基本的には社内のユーザーサポートがメインとなるため、コミュニケーションを大切にしながら業務に取り組んでいただけます。
