【仕事内容】
１）新規プロジェクトの獲得
・投資：デューデリジェンスの実施、開発構造の検討、キャッシュフローの計算、契約条件の確認
・契約：パートナーとの交渉、プロジェクト契約の作成
・手続き：プロジェクトに関する法的手続き
２）不動産プロジェクトの事業管理
・プロジェクト管理
・会社運営管理
【待遇】
マネージャー職：月額3,000～5,000 USD(Gross)
シニアスタッフ職：月額2,000 USD(Gross)～
