- 工場の工程管理、品質管理、プロセス管理の実施
- 工場立ち上げにおける技術的サポートと計画推進
- インドネシア人スタッフへの技術継承と育成
- 生産効率向上に向けた改善提案と実行
- クラスⅠ製品の生産技術や工場管理の経験
- 工場立ち上げに関する実務経験
- 技術継承に積極的な姿勢とコミュニケーション能力
- 語学不問（現地スタッフとの協働に意欲がある方）
- 月額手取りIDR 40,000,000~ 60,000,000＊経験により応相談
- 住居支給
