【職務概要】
サービスエンジニアとして既存顧客への修理、メンテナンス業務を担当していただきます。
【職務詳細】
◆機器のトラブルシューティング
◆製品使用法などクライアント向けのトレーニングの実施、指導
◆顧客との関係維持のための定期的な訪問
インド国外も出張の可能性ございます。
◆機械の点検、修理
◆エンジニアスタッフへの技術指導、マネジメント
■必須要件Mandatory qualifications
◆電気工学を学んだことのある方
もしくはそれにちなんだ親和性のある経験のある方
◆関連分野で経験がある方（ex.プレス機（サーボプレス）に触れた経験、工場ライン設備の電気・制御トラブル対応、PLCの操作・読解、設備保全 or フィールドエンジニア経験、等）
■歓迎要件Desired qualifications
◆機器メンテナンスの経験がある方
◆PLCに知見のある方
◆長期的にインドで働ける方
◆日常会話レベル以上の英語力
