Job Description
勤務地：Oxford 近辺（ハイブリッド勤務：週2日オフィス必須）

社内ユーザーへのハードウェア、ソフトウェア、ネットワーク関連の技術サポートを提供し、ITプロバイダーとの連携を通じてシステムの円滑な運用を確保します。クラウドベースのソフトウェアやセキュリティ管理も担当します。
- ハードウェア、ソフトウェア、ネットワークの一次サポート（対面・リモート）
- PC、プリンタ、モバイル機器のセットアップ・保守
- ネットワーク障害の診断・解決（ITプロバイダーとの連携）
- Office 365のユーザー管理（アカウント、権限設定）
- セキュリティチェック、バックアップ、システム更新
- IT機器・モバイル端末の調達、入退社時のセットアップ
- ITプロセスのドキュメント化、グローバルITポリシー遵守
- 新システム・アプリケーションの導入・テスト支援
- 社内トレーニング・ベストプラクティス指導
- ネットワークサポート技術者または管理者としての経験
- ネットワーク接続問題のトラブルシューティングスキル
- ネットワークセキュリティの基本理解
- ネットワーク監視ツールの使用経験
- 自律的に業務を遂行できる能力
- 英語ビジネスレベル
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Centralの経験
- 日本語スキル（尚可）
- 海外ITプロバイダーとの協働経験
- ハイブリッド勤務（週2日オフィス必須）
- 時間外対応あり（必要に応じて）
