About Our Client:
Our client is a globally recognized investment and trading company headquartered in Japan, known for its strong international presence and commitment to excellence. They are seeking an experienced HRM Senior Manager to lead and manage Human Resource Management and General Affairs functions in their Bangkok office.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all HRM operations, including recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, and employee relations.
Develop and implement HR policies aligned with global standards and local regulations.
Manage General Affairs tasks, including office administration, vendor management, and compliance.
Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing insights on workforce planning and organizational development.
Ensure smooth communication between HQ in Japan and the local office, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 8–10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of Thai labor laws and HR best practices.
Experience in GA (General Affairs) management is a plus.
Excellent communication skills in English; Japanese language ability is an advantage.
Proven ability to work in a multicultural environment and liaise with global stakeholders.
