PE/VCなどの機関投資家が抱えるポートフォリオ管理や運用データに関する課題を把握し、製品デモや技術提案を通じて最適なソリューションを提供する重要なポジションです。

• プライベートマーケット向けのソフトウェアやサービスに特化したエンタープライズ部門配属
• 投資管理ソフトウェアを担当
• 顧客のポートフォリオモニタリング要件や業務課題をヒアリング
• シニア層へのソフトウェアデモを実施し、価値を明確に提案
• RFI/RFP対応、ワークショップ、POC支援など営業プロセス全体の技術サポート
• 製品の技術的特徴とビジネスメリットを事業部門・技術部門へ分かりやすく説明
• 市場動向や顧客ニーズをプロダクトチームに共有し、製品改善に貢献

Join a global fintech leader providing enterprise software and data solutions for private markets investors. As a Pre-Sales Consultant, you will partner with PE/VC firms and institutional investors to understand their portfolio monitoring challenges and demonstrate how the company's award-winning platform delivers value. This role offers the opportunity to influence major technology decisions, work closely with senior stakeholders, and contribute to the growth of a market-leading financial technology division.

• Partner with prospective clients to understand portfolio monitoring needs and operational pain points
• Deliver compelling software demonstrations highlighting platform capabilities
• Provide technical and business expertise throughout sales cycles including RFI/RFP responses, workshops, and POC implementations
• Communicate technology positioning and product value to both business and technical audiences
• Collaborate with internal product teams, sharing market insights to support platform evolution
• Stay current on private markets industry trends and portfolio management software innovation

必須条件経験・資格：

• プリセールス、ソリューションアーキテクト、ソフトウェア営業など、顧客対応の技術職の経験5年以上
• CxO向けのプレゼン経験
• 顧客組織内のシニア意思決定者を説得し商談を前進させた実績
• Excel上級（データモデリング、分析関数など）

• 分析力
• クリエイティブなソリューションを考える、柔軟な発想
• 目標を意識して自ら動く主体性、起業家精神
• 困難なテーマでも自信を持って議論をリードしたり、技術的概念を分かりやすく説明したりできるコミュニケーション能力

• 日本語：ネイティブレベル
• 英語：ビジネスレベル

• 5+ years in client-facing technical roles such as Pre-Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or enterprise software sales
• Clear track record presenting complex technical concepts to C-level executives
• Proven ability to influence senior decision-makers
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including data modelling and analytical functions
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Japanese for business communication

• Strong analytical thinking and creative problem-solving
• Self-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset and goal-oriented approach
• Confident communicator capable of leading and managing group discussions

• Experience or knowledge of private markets (PE/VC/alternative investments)
