主な職務内容

  • 人事企画マネージャ―の下で、社員の福利厚生制度やモビリティ制度(主に駐在員)を設計、導入、運用すること
  • 社員および外国人駐在員向けに競争力ある報酬制度を構築・最適化
  • 予算管理、業務精度向上、効率化の推進
  • チームメンバー2名の育成・指導支援
  • その他HRプロジェクトや、人事部門全体の取り組みに貢献すること

Join a globally renowned FMCG company as a Benefits & Mobility Manager, where you'll lead the design and delivery of strategic employee benefits and expatriate compensation programs. This role offers the opportunity to work across local and global HR teams, directly impacting employee experience, compliance, and cost-efficiency across the business.



Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and manage employee benefits and global mobility programs
  • Develop competitive benefit schemes and expatriate compensation plans aligned with market trends
  • Maintain compliance and drive process improvements across assigned functions
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and operational enhancements for assigned HR areas
  • Support, coach, and develop two junior HR team members
  • Collaborate with global HR counterparts on strategy alignment and project delivery
  • Contribute to broader HR initiatives focused on inclusion, retention, and well-being

Required Skills

必須条件 経験・資格:

  • コーポレートHR、またはHRコンサルティングの実務経験(特に福利厚生設計・駐在員制度の運用経験)
  • 経営戦略やビジネス戦略に即した人事戦略を構築できること
  • ニーズやトレンドを把握し、適切な人事プログラムを設計できること
  • 定性・定量データの分析力、データドリブンな提案力
ソフトスキル:
  • 多様な関係者と連携できる優れたコミュニケーション力
  • 戦略的思考力と課題解決能力
語学力:
  • 日本語: ネイティブレベル
  • 英語: ビジネスレベル(TOEIC 800+目安。日本語を母国語としない社員としっかりコミュニケーションがとれるレベル)

Required Skills and QualificationsExperience:
  • 6+ years in HR or HR consulting with hands-on experience in benefits or mobility
  • Strong track record in designing HR programs that align with business strategy
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, policies, and compliance activities
Soft Skills:
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills with ability to turn data into insights
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships
  • Team-oriented mindset with strong leadership capabilities
Language Requirements:
  • Japanese: Native
  • English: Intermediate to Business Level (TOEIC 800+ preferred)
