Main Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing and management strategies for delivery partners (couriers).
• Design and implement policies to enhance delivery quality and operational efficiency.
• Build and optimize incentive programs and partner engagement strategies.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve the delivery experience.
• Manage OKRs and performance metrics for delivery operations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Strategy, and HQ Logistics teams.

応募資格 / Requirements

• プロジェクト管理、物流、フィールドオペレーションの経験
• 配送ベンダー、3PLパートナー、フィールドエージェントとの業務経験
• データからインサイトを抽出する強力な分析力
• ハンズオン型のリーダーシップとアカウント管理マインドセット
• ビジネスレベルの日本語必須、英語または韓国語があれば尚可

歓迎条件:

• デリバリープラットフォーム、ライドシェア、ギグエコノミー運営の経験
• スタートアップやオペレーション重視企業での勤務経験
• SQL、TableauなどBIツールの使用経験
