Required Skills
【必須要件】
・有機化学、医療科学、化学生物学または関連分野の修士号取得者で、少なくとも3年の創薬における実務経験
・有機合成化学の研究において、多段階合成、精製、化合物の特性評価の実施経験
・実験記録の維持、報告書作成能力
・日本語での円滑なコミュニケーション力
・英文文書の理解、英文レポート、英文メールの作成能力
・協調性をもって、チーム環境で業務を遂行する能力
【歓迎要件】
・プロジェクトリード経験
・タンパク質分解誘導剤、bRo5分子、コンビナトリアルケミストリー、ペプチド化学、オンコロジー創薬の経験
・データ解析スキル（一般的なソフトウェア使用）
・ケモインフォマティクスやIT技術の知識
・英語でのコミュニケーション力
・危険物取扱者（甲種）
