POSITION SUMMARY
・To plan organize direct and control the load plans for designated flights that originate in the responsible territory.
・To ensure optimization of corporate revenue through the balancing of various freight and express product loads.
・To well realize and conduct air shipping in cargo system and operation.
・Assist in project management business planning service improvements strategy development with the objective of providing progressive leadership for the workgroup exceed service commitments customer satisfaction generate revenues and achieve long term profitability.
・To implement risk management plan.
・To apply multimodal transportation concept and knowledge.
・Oversee Pricing desk and Gateway arrangement.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
・Selects trains develops and motivates operation staff and administers an annual operating budget.
・Monitors flight load plans terminal traffic generation to achieve the highest revenue possible by utilizing maximum aircraft space.
・Determines space allocations based on local market demands and yield contributions.
・Instructs operation team with/on methods to instill a service conscious attitude and minimize service failures in order to ensure service commitments are met.
・Maintains contact with customers / airlines (internal and external) with regard to conditions affecting service levels.
・Determines service needs of the responsible territory in support of regional coordinated team effort in service and revenue maximization.
・Assists senior management with communication and implementation of traffic service requirements and issues for the responsible territory.
・Manages load prioritization and space allocation.
・Ensures compliance with system allocation policy and process to meet sales and operational service requirements.
・Other duties as assigned to the position.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESSFUL PERFORMANCE
■Academic:
・Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
■Experience knowledge:
・Five (5) years of professional experience in line haul hub or ground operations and experience in coordinating Air transport operations.
・Two (2) years relevant management / supervisory experience.
・Expertise of regulation and requirements from MLIT (Ministry of Land Infrastructure Transport and Tourism).
・Business level English.
・Hopefully Ocean experience.
